nFORM and CQI Resources

This training session covers prioritizing data security, collecting high quality data, creating nFORM user accounts, adding grant locations and service providers, and setting up workshops. The data capacity and CQI TTA team also answers questions from grant staff. 

This template guides HMRF grants through the key stages of data collection and CQI to help plan ahead and train staff. Grant teams should regularly review and update their plan as needed to reflect changes in program operations and service delivery. 

This video provides an introduction to nFORM and continuous quality improvement (CQI), along with preliminary information about key next steps to get ready for using nFORM and conducting CQI including:

• Upcoming requests from our team to establish data sharing and user agreements (DSUAs) and collect information for initial nFORM accounts
