This training covers the three main functions of nFORM for local evaluations, setting up nFORM for local evaluations, identifying and enrolling clients, and using reports to monitor your evaluations.

Please contact your grant organization's nFORM site administrator(s) for help with log in issues including resetting passwords and reactivating accounts. Site administrators should leave a voicemail for Mathematica at 844-619-6841 if they are also unable to log into nFORM.
