The nFORM team introduces their new user locking system added to nFORM. They also provide an overview of the economic stability data available throughout nFORM and highlighted the data tools available for effectively monitoring this data. A grantee shared their approach to monitoring economic stability data. Additionally, the tip sheet below expands on the content presented in the office hours tutorial with additional examples about using nFORM to monitor economic stability data. The CQI and nFORM TA teams provide tips for strengthening a data-driven culture in programs, with a focus on engaging frontline staff to use data to inform their work. Audience responses to several interactive questions related to data-driven practices are included.

Program staff at all levels can use this worksheet to document questions they have about their HMRF grant work. After discussing those questions with their HMRF data manager, they should record the source(s) of information and answers, and identify next steps.

Webinar covers how to use your logic model to be more data-driven in guiding CQI efforts. This session presents the logic model as a practical tool in supporting CQI. It included a grantee presentation focusing on how one team identified and broke down a key challenge to support improvement.
